  • Processing:‌ All orders are processed within ‌1-3 business days‌ (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment verification. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Verification:‌ For security purposes, we may require additional verification for certain orders, which could extend processing time. We will notify you via email if this occurs.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items:‌ Any product noted as custom or made-to-order on our website will have a specific production and processing timeline listed on its product page, which will be communicated prior to purchase.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship to addresses within ‌Canada and the continental United States‌. We partner with reliable carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely. The specific carrier and service level are selected based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight/dimensions, and your selected shipping speed.

Standard Shipping (Within Canada & USA):

  • Estimated Delivery:‌ 5-10 business days after shipment.
  • Cost:‌ Calculated at checkout. Free Standard Shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount during promotions.

Expedited Shipping (Within Canada & USA):

  • Estimated Delivery:‌ 2-5 business days after shipment.
  • Cost:‌ A flat rate or calculated premium fee, displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:

  • Availability:‌ Currently, we only ship to Canada and the USA.

(Note:‌ These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing (for cross-border shipments), inclement weather, or incorrect address information.)

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a ‌Shipment Confirmation email‌ containing your tracking number(s) and a link to monitor your package’s progress.
  • You can also check your order status by logging into your account on www.kitchentruckin.com.

5. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Address Responsibility:‌ You are responsible for ensuring the ‌shipping address you provide is complete and accurate‌. Please double-check it before submitting your order.
  • Incorrect Addresses:‌ Kitchen Truckin Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
  • Address Updates:‌ If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us ‌immediately‌ at ‌centesimistic@kitchentruckin.com‌ or call ‌+1 647 232 6757‌. We can only modify the address before your order has been processed and shipped.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For Canadian Customers:‌ All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Sales taxes (HST/GST/PST) are applied at checkout according to the provincial regulations of the shipping destination.
  • For US Customers:‌ Orders shipped to the United States are considered international. The recipient is the ‌importer of record‌ and is responsible for:
    • All customs declarations, duties, and import taxes that may be levied by US Customs and Border Protection.
    • Providing any necessary documentation to clear customs.
  • Kitchen Truckin Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare a lower value. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

7. Delivery & Failed Deliveries

  • Delivery Attempts:‌ Carriers will typically attempt delivery 1-3 times. A notice card is often left if no one is available to sign.
  • Hold at Location:‌ Many carriers offer the option to hold your package at a local depot or pickup point. You will be notified via the tracking information.
  • Failed/Unclaimed Packages:‌ If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one available, address incorrect, unclaimed after carrier hold period), we will contact you. Reshipment will incur additional shipping fees. If we do not receive instructions within 30 days, the order may be canceled and a refund issued for the product cost only (original and return shipping costs are non-refundable).

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Upon Delivery:‌ Inspect your package before the delivery driver leaves. If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  • After Delivery:‌ If you discover concealed damage after accepting the package, please contact us within ‌48 hours‌ of delivery at ‌centesimistic@kitchentruckin.com‌ with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
  • Lost in Transit:‌ If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusually long time (e.g., over 7 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the carrier deems the package lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
